Opportunity youth - young people between the ages of 16 and 24 not connected to school or work - are a major focus of research in adolescent health and development. This webinar explores an emerging question in current opportunity youth research: how do sexual health outcomes, like unintended pregnancy or STI infection, impact the connection status of opportunity youth to work or school? We will provide insights into historical and contemporary research, and we will plot out some potential policy pathways to promote the highest quality programs for opportunity youth. The event is free. Continuing education credits including SW, CPE, LPC, and CHW Uncertified, are available only to those who participate in the live event.
