The Texas Campaign is thrilled to welcome Ana Belén Zelaya, as their new Project Coordinator. Ana Belén Zelaya has more than five years of experience working for non-profit organizations across the greater Houston area and has experience in community outreach, health education, and recruitment.

 

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and hopes to return to school to receive a Master’s in Public Health where she wants to focus on adolescent health. Issues that interest her include access to healthcare, equity in health, and policy advocacy.

 

Established in 2009, the Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the rate of unintended teen pregnancy in Texas through research, advocacy, collaboration, and training.
